Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed, but there were noticeable cooking fumes lingering around. The service was excellent with helpful and polite staff, although understanding them could be a challenge at times. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the city, but the hotel's common area was oddly unused. Dining was a delightful experience with attentive staff, but the prices were on the higher side. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
The hotel offers beautiful and clear rooms, including Executive Floor benefits, but the high room temperature made it hard to sleep comfortably. The service was generally efficient and beyond helpful, offering a range of amenities. The location is excellent, being near the metro station and close to popular sights. The dining experience was only average and quite expensive. The facilities were well-maintained with notable positive and negative aspects.
My stay at the hotel was exceptional! The rooms were incredibly spacious with a beautiful bathroom, and we even had access to the luxurious 17th-floor space. However, it's worth noting that the hotel restaurants are not part of the hotel, so you can't charge meals to your room. The location was convenient, just a short distance from Wangfujing street and the Forbidden City, making it easy to explore Beijing. The service was top-notch, with incredibly accommodating staff including the front desk manager and sous-chef. The dining experience, while good, was not extraordinary considering the hotel's reputation.
